We wanted the public to get to know the people who make BC Ferries run. 

The response to these videos exceeded expectations. Don't believe me? Just look at the comments on Facebook. Customers responded with their own positive stories with BC Ferries' employees while employees boasted about how wonderful their jobs were. And most importantly, the internet trolls who frequent BC Ferries' social sites quieted down.
